Shipping & Returns

Please allow two weeks for your order to be processed prior to shipping or porch pick-up.

Due to the nature of the monogram business, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Each order is custom made and will not be able to be sent back for reimbursement, store credit or an exchange for other merchandise.

At Pennington Design House, we put time and care into every detail of every stitch.  Please proofread all spelling of names and please include any additional details in the notes section.
